They are one of the leaders in integrated FM contracts, that include technical serices, energy,and BMS, cleaning, security and front of house. Their client are a large retail provide with offices in Ireland and the North which will be the successful candidates remit.
About your new job
Key Responsibilities:
- Part of a team to ensuring service is delivered to meet contractual requirements
- Ensure compliance to all regulations within the contract.
- Develop annual objectives for each technician bearing in mind the geography of the region and the key sites within it.
- Developing local improvement programmes that are aligned with overall business strategy and that will help the company to meet its client service commitments
- Analysing KPI data to identify issues, trends and improvement opportunities.
- Commercially developing the contract to grow through adding additional services and delivering additional projects
- Monitoring all contract budgets, focus on meeting budget and controlling costs
- Benchmarking performance data across similar contracts / industries
- Ensure that all PPM and Reactive calls, SLA’s and KPI’s, including the Company’s set targets, are met for the contract
Key requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a technical qualification and have experience in the management of FM contracts, with P&L responsibility. Candidates will have to have worked in a TFM provider with a particular focus on hard services.
Whats on offer
The ideal candidate will be paid a salary of circa €60K along with a company vehicle and other benefits.
