Façade Manager
We are seeking an experienced Façade Manager for high-density residential and commercial projects in Dublin North and Dublin South
Key Responsibilities for this Facade Manager job:
- Support the Project Manager with daily operations.
- Coordinate façade elements and interfaces across subcontract packages.
- Manage façade programme, technical submittals, and approvals.
- Oversee procurement, testing, and compliance with project specs.
- Ensure quality checks, onsite testing, and snagging are completed.
- Compile Safety File and O&M data for handover.
Qualifications required for this Facade Manager job:
- 5+ years’ experience in façade project management.
- Relevant trade or construction qualification.
- Strong subcontractor management and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
