An Irish leading Sheet Metal Contractor that specialises in stainless steel & manufacturing projects are currently looking for a Fabricator to join their team in Killorglin, Co. Kerry on a permanent basis.
About Your New Job
- Reading & interpreting technical drawings.
- Assembling metal components through welding, bolting, riveting, or adhesive processes.
- Working on multiple projects from bespoke fabrication to larger-scale products.
- Precision welding, fitting steel components to the highest standards.
- Using various machines and hand tools like grinders, drills, and CNC machines.
- Conducting inspections for defects, fabricators check measurements and verify that each component aligns with quality standards, ensuring durability and compliance.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Trade in Fabrication, Welding or related discipline.
- Over 3 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, with proven experience working in industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques, including cutting, bending, and finishing.
- Full clean Irish Driver’s Licence – Class B.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
- Brilliant communication & interpersonal skills.
