About Your New Job
As an Electrical Supervisor based in Dublin, you will:

  • Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians, overseeing their work and providing guidance to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Perform routine Preventative, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance work to meet service level agreements.
  • Ensure effective operation of electrical and control systems on-site.
  • Liaise with end users and customers to understand requirements and provide professional service.
  • Order supplies and materials, and develop standardized maintenance procedures for all buildings.
  • Conduct routine planned maintenance on various utilities, including PAT testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, and system repairs.
  • Respond to BMS alarms and support site functions.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental requirements for all work activities.
  • Complete small electrical and control projects, from planning to documentation.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and more during times of reduced electrical work demand.
  • Update and utilize site CMMS systems for work activities and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area while adopting a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Work across different site locations as part of a mobile services team.
  • Assist with supervising vendors and contractors on-site.

What Skills You Need

  • A full clean driving license.
  • Experience with CMMS and building services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Electrical trade qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
