About Your New Job
As an Electrical Supervisor based in Dublin, you will:
- Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians, overseeing their work and providing guidance to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Perform routine Preventative, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance work to meet service level agreements.
- Ensure effective operation of electrical and control systems on-site.
- Liaise with end users and customers to understand requirements and provide professional service.
- Order supplies and materials, and develop standardized maintenance procedures for all buildings.
- Conduct routine planned maintenance on various utilities, including PAT testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, and system repairs.
- Respond to BMS alarms and support site functions.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental requirements for all work activities.
- Complete small electrical and control projects, from planning to documentation.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and more during times of reduced electrical work demand.
- Update and utilize site CMMS systems for work activities and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area while adopting a continuous improvement attitude.
- Work across different site locations as part of a mobile services team.
- Assist with supervising vendors and contractors on-site.
What Skills You Need
- A full clean driving license.
- Experience with CMMS and building services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Electrical trade qualification.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
