About Your New Job
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within their broader M&E operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical project management within the M&E contracting sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timely delivery, budget management, and quality assurance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
