About Your New Role
- A full time, fully onsite position
- Aiding the Design Team in day-to-day administration
- Prepare drawings and files for designers and other departments
- Issue purchase orders and log changes for other small jobs
- Order stationary and managing filing and archiving
- Attend weekly planning meetings
- Any additional tasks as required
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience as an administrator in an office environment
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Must have own transport
- Must have excellent communication skills.
