Ireland's leading tool and equipment suppliers are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist to join their Sales/ Admin team.
About Your New Job as an Internal Sales Specialist
- Sales and customer support - Deliver extraordinary customer experience on every interaction.
- Providing customer service on all queries i.e. products, pricing, and lead times/deliveries etc.
- Reviewing outstanding order reports daily and liaising with customers.
- Generating calls (inbound and outbound)
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of our range while also being market aware of our competitors.
- Assist with Marketing material.
- Sales related admin -> Order processing, liaising with suppliers and customer support & Manage CRM system.
- Provide back-up support and cover to the sales department to ensure the smooth operations during periods of absence.
What Skills You Need as Internal Sales Specialist
- Sales/customer support experience in Industrial/construction or similar environment.
- Good with data/systems
- A passion for growing business and working in a growing environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, team player & networker
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and understand the sales cycle process.
- Self-motivated, ambitious & driven.
- Taking initiative and attitude is key.
- Strong commercial acumen
