Customer Support Agent
Location: Galway (East Galway City)
Type of contract: Permanent
This is a role based on site for the probationary period and then reverts to a hybrid working model of 3 days on, 2 days WFH. Monday to Friday working hours.

About Your New Job
- Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided.
- Processing customer requests and queries.
- Manage and process customer enquiries via web, phone and e-mail.
- Ensure potential service improvements are highlighted and addressed.
What Skills/Experience You Need
- Experience in a similar customer facing, office role.
- Ideally experienced working with multinational organisations but this is not essential.
- Good communication, organisational and administration skills.
- Flexible and Pro-active attitude
- Ability to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they arise
- Desire to deliver first class customer service
- ERP experience desirable for example, Oracle or SAP but this is not essential once applicants have a good grasp of using systems in an office working environment.
