My client, a leading financial services company specialising in leasing and business finance are looking for a Customer Services Specialist for their growing team in Dublin city (hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Processing a wide variety of tasks from daily customer queries to more complex tasks such as restructures, notations and handling the end of lease process.
- Manual calculations of principal & interest, early repayment of finance
- Support the ongoing digitisation of tasks through our various customer and internal platforms.
- Process asset management tasks within procedures.
- Assist internal stakeholders with complex queries regarding existing and potential future contracts
Requirements for the role
- At least one year's professional experience from the banking, insurance or financial services industry.
- APA/QFA or interested in pursuing qualification in the future.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent time management with ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs of the business.
Base salary is €32-35K, benefits and bonus up to 10% and the opportunity to work with a well-established global and progressive organisation.
