About Your New Job as a Customer Service Executive
- You will be the connection between the customers and the Production and Finance teams
- You will manage some of the biggest accounts and ensure the customers are receiving the best possible service – all B2B
- You will be proactive in your communication as well as responsive to customers
- You will be estimating/costing for clients and internal teams
What Skills You Need as a Customer Service Executive
- Must have 2-4 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in a packaging/printing company
- Experience in estimating/ costing
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong customer service and organisational skills
