My client within the Utilities have a requirement for a qualified tax accountant with strong corporate tax and tax compliance experience

About Your New Job
- Management of Irish Corporation Tax and Preliminary Tax obligations, with the support of external advisors;
- Providing tax input into month end/quarter end process with respect to current tax and deferred tax provisioning;
- Tax account reconciliations at month end/year end;
- Managing and Filing of AEOI returns
- Managing tax obligations in respect of DIRT, IUT, Encashment Tax, DWT, Third Party information returns, Stamp Duty, Bank Levy etc.
- Manage Tax aspects of the new transactions, including, where necessary, ensuring foreign VAT and other tax registrations are in place. Identify potential withholding tax concerns in foreign jurisdictions.
- Assist in the implementation of ad-hoc tax projects
- Provide support for internal and external audits
What skills you need
- Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in a tax environment, preferably with Industry but will consider strong candidates from a Top 10 or big 4 environment that are looking to move to Industry
- Srong corporate tax
- International tax background
