About Your New Job
- As Support Engineer, your job will be to guide customers installing equipment mostly over the phone to help them troubleshoot issues on site.
- Managing returns and inspections, testing and evaluating equipment.
- Supporting internal staff with requests on technical information.
- Collecting customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supporting warehouse operations when necessary to ensure sales processes run smoothly.
- Being ready to assist warehouse staff in packing and shipping of goods on high-volume sales days if needed.
What Skills You Need
- For this Support Engineer job you will have 1+ years’ experience either in a similar position or a hands-on role servicing and maintaining similar equipment.
- You will also have a relevant electrical/electronic qualification and great communication/customer service skills.
