Your new employer
Our client is a leading provider of HVAC solutions to the built environment. They work on various commercial, healthcare, pharma and data centre sites across Europe. They are looking to appoint a contracts manager to their service division, based in Dublin that will be the main mechanical point of contact to their clients. This is a varied role that will involve working between different client sites and the companies head office in Dublin.
Your new role
The role will involve working closely with the client to ensure zero down time on their premises. This will involve developing and managing CMMS systems to ensure all mechanical systems and upgrades are done in accordance with requirements. You will manage a team of service engineers and ensure that they are working to adhered SLA's with the clients. You will develop a PPM schedule and also ensure that all reactive maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
A solid mechanical background with a knowledge of the maintenance industry, particular HVAC. Must have experience of the mechanical systems that include Generators, Fuel Systems, Building Management Systems and Controls, Air handling units, Variable Frequency Drives (VSDs), Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems (pre-action sprinklers).
What's on offer
The successful candidate will be paid a salary of €55000 - €65000 plus a KPI bonus and car allowance.
