About Your New Job

As the Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing the entire life cycle of this major residential development project. This includes planning, coordination, execution, and ensuring successful project delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with a diverse team and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities In Your New Job:

  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of the 550-apartment development project, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
  • Oversee the procurement process for contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring alignment with project needs and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders. 
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Supervise day-to-day project operations, ensuring progress is on track, quality control is maintained, and health and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure compliance with all Irish construction regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within the residential development sector in Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish construction process, local building regulations, and residential design practices.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale residential developments in Ireland.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish construction regulations. 
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
