Compensation and Benefits Manager
Our client based in North Dublin are seeking an experience Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include:
• Execution of Comp & Bens processes across Ireland and Internationally.
• Creation of incentive plans
• Ongoing evaluation and assessment of compensation and benefits programmes
• Implementation of Career frameworks and benchmarking.
• Supporting Head of Reward with Reward strategy.
• Overseeing performance of team of 2 C&B Business Partners.
• Development of effective governance processes and controls across all compensation and benefits activities.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders to support achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in a senior Comp & Bens role.
• Must come from a large / matrix organisation.
• Must have third level qualification, preferably in HR.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management experience and influencing skills.
