About Your New Role
- Process and manage customer orders received via email, phone, and online for over 80 clients.
- Upload orders to the internal database quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate with team members and other departments regarding order updates, transport, amendments, and customer concerns.
- Prepare and manage custom documentation for international shipping and transport.
- Handle order management and data input for customer E-portals.
- Support haulage transport companies for national and international logistics, while addressing customer queries and managing a busy email account.
What Skills Do You Need?
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient in IT, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Lean & 5S practices is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen, customer-focused, and a team player with problem-solving abilities.
