Our client a leading international Insurance company are seeking a Claims Coordinator, to join their growing Dublin based office in a hybrid working model on a permanent contract.
About Your New Job:
- Working in a dynamic Claims team you will be providing high quality services to customers. Whilst proactively and accurately managing a portfolio of claims.
- As a Claims Coordinator will take personal responsibility for own workload, continually reorganising and prioritising tasks to ensure key company objectives are met. All whilst working in a fast-paced team environment.
- You will be processing claims in line with procedures and compliance standards.
- Manage and maintain the best practice procedures for claims handling.
Who you are:
- APA minimum, CIP desirable.
- Comply with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank.
- Fully understands and always applies existing customer service level agreements and CPC guidelines. Good communication, analytical, presentation and telephony skills with an ability to discuss and explain information such as liability, coverage, indemnity and policy conditions to all relevant parties.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, multi-task and process information with high levels of accuracy.
- Relevant Claims experience (preferably dealing with Bodily Injury claims).
