About Your New Job

As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the EV charging solutions market, focusing on the leasing sector across Ireland.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline building to closing deals, all while positioning the company as a trusted partner in the EV charging space.

This is an individual contributor role that offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy, perfect for a driven professional eager to make a tangible impact.

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of building out territories and developing new business.
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish market, with expertise in working with leasing companies or within related sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
