About Your New Job
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage a construction project from conception to completion, ensuring your team delivers on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee project planning, safety protocols, and quality standards while fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with the commercial team, manage procurement, and champion the value engineering and product development processes.
What Skills You Need
- A relevant third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience delivering large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Working knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
