Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and guide the movement of vehicles and machinery on site
- Communicate effectively with drivers and machine operators to ensure safe operations
- Ensure the safety of workers and the public by managing site traffic
- Adhere strictly to health & safety standards on site
- Work closely with site management and other trades
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience in a Banksman role, ideally on commercial projects
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions precisely
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
- CSCS Banksman ticket is a strong advantage
- Strong work ethic and reliability
