About Your New Job as an Automation Tester

• You will be designing, writing, and maintaining application features as you actively participate in the development process, as well as conducting automated tests including unit tests, functional tests, and end-to-end regression tests
• You should be comfortable building better software, help with bug prevention strategies to produce software and automation test suites that are scalable and maintainable.
• Review test cases to ensure that the tests cover all paths.
• Reproduce, debug, and isolate problems as well as verify fixes.

What Skills You Need in this job as an Automation Tester

• Senior-level experience in software and quality engineering.
• Proficient with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber and Selenium, supporting software solutions developed in Angular, Typescript, Java, Spring/ Springboot, Oracle, SOAP, and RESTful services.
• Good understanding of QA automation strategy for the client's applications to be able to contribute effectively and oversee best QA practices.
• Experienced using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins to build and deploy applications.
• Experience using code repository tools such as GitHub.
• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.

What’s on Offer in this job as an Automation Tester

• Daily Rate up to €450
• Hybrid working environment that is remote the majority of the month with one full week on-site per month
• Good likelihood of contract extensions
