About Your New Job
- Manage an existing pipeline of specified projects for exterior building products
- You will lead from the front in engaging key, influential stakeholders across the construction industry including architects and contractors
- Secure specifications for commercial work with specific focus on data centres, pharmaceutical buildings and manufacturing
- Demonstrate your technical acumen in reading drawings
- Build the irish market and help to grow the team locally
What Skills You Need
- 3 years in the construction industry in a specification capacity
- Experience with louvres, ventilation or facades of particular interest
- Drive to grow a business unit essential
- Full, clean driving licence required
