About Your New Job
This client is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist and a strong background in healthcare design would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development of healthcare and aviation projects, working collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centered environments.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with architects and project teams to develop detailed design solutions for healthcare facilities.
- Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, healthcare regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
What Skills You Need
A relevant technical degree in Architectural Technology or a related field qualification as well as a minimum of 3 years
Strong expertise in healthcare, including knowledge of relevant materials and processes is advantageous
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple objectives and deadlines effectively as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills
