About Your New Job

This client is looking for a dynamic Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to deepen their experience and you will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life, working on a diverse range of projects that prioritize quality and innovation.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing detailed design drawings, technical submittals, and specification documentation as well as compiling tender documents and presentations for large-scale fit outs.
  • Producing site-specific technical drawings to support asset crews with the installation of furniture and systems and demonstrating strong attention to detail when placing orders and managing complex code breakdowns accurately.
  • Ensuring you have an in-depth knowledge of all products and finishes from each supplier to ensure precision in design and execution.
  • Providing ongoing support to the existing design and project management team on various projects.

What Skills You Need

A relevant technical degree in Architectural Technology or a related field qualification as well as a minimum of 3 years

Strong expertise in commercial fitouts, including knowledge of relevant materials and processes is advantageous

Familiarity with building regulations, particularly T.G.D. Part B (Fire Safety) and Part M (Access and Use).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple objectives and deadlines effectively as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills
