As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for:

- Provide updates to customers and the internal departments
- Taking inbound calls and updating systems
Requirements
- Fluent written and oral Arabic and English
- Customer service experience
- Out-going people-orientated personality
- MS office proficient
