About Your New Job
- Accurately process invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and manage payment invoices
- Resolve payment discrepancies and manage vendor queries.
- Handle employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end close and support financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain audit-ready records.
What You Need:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an accounts payable specialist or accounts assistant, with strong skills in reconciliations and invoice processing
- Experience using various accounting software - Oracle, SAP, SAGE etc.
- Proficiency in Excel - VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.
