My client based in North Dublin have a requirement for an accounts technician with a strong accounts and credit control experience
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and also be involved in all aspects of credit control

- Conducting regular financial analysis and reporting to management.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Preparing and processing financial transactions, including invoicing.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving any accounting-related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial information and support.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Contributing to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures.

What skills you need
- Qualified Accounting Technician qualification (e.g., ATI, IATI) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Sage and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- At least 3 years working in a similar role
