Sales Engineer – Mechanical


About Your New Employer:
Working with a leading company who are specialist in in cleanroom validation, commissioning & compliance who are looking for a Key Account Manager to service the customers in the Pharma, Med device and Healthcare sectors in the Munster region.
The successful candidate will manage and develop their services and products with existing clients. And be responsible for agreeing and the renewal of client SLA’s, contracts, quality agreements etc.

About Your New Role:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Devising campaign ideas and handling their management and execution.
• Responsible for managing and completing tenders.
• Promote products and services.
• Using existing industry contacts and clients to find new business opportunities.
• Ability to lead and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide guidance for the team of engineers.
• Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Presenting campaign updates and statistics to key stakeholders – CRM System.
• Liaising with existing clients to manage expectations and nurture relationships.
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

What Skills are Needed
• Engineering Qualification with a Diploma/ Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical engineering a distinct advantage.
• 2/3 years previous Sales experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Full Clean Driving Licence
