Since joining Sigmar Recruitment in 2015, I have taken on various roles, each adding to my expertise. As a Team Lead and Senior IT Recruiter, I specialize in senior and principal-level roles, focusing on Java Developers, Frontend Developers/Engineers, and DevOps Engineers. In my previous role as Recruitment Strategy Manager, I led a comprehensive recruitment strategy project for Orange Telecom across six countries, creating and implementing a unified recruitment process.
From 2019 until the summer of 2023, I was a Team Leader and Client Delivery Manager, managing recruitment for Fidelity International’s Client Services division and placing over 1,300 roles across Ireland, the UK, and Germany. Earlier in my career at Sigmar, I worked on various in-house recruitment assignments for companies like Sojern, Qualtrics, and Eirgrid, coordinated Covid Response jobs, and managed key sponsorships for Talent Summit events. As an Accountancy Recruitment Consultant, I successfully managed the end-to-end recruitment process for accountancy roles.
Tom's achievements include winning an internal business development competition, which led to his participation in the Ireland, Gateway to Europe initiative in Boston, USA, where he represented Ireland and Sigmar, promoting Ireland as a premier business destination.
