I'm a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the IT team. I bring over 4 years of experience in both permanent and contract recruitment, along with 8 years in sales and customer service. At Sigmar, I earned my Employment & Recruitment Federation certification with a grade of 96% in 2023. I graduated from IADT with a B.B.S. in Business Management/Entrepreneurship Studies in 2020 and recently completed a Higher National Diploma in PR & Marketing Communications.

I focus on the field of information technology, helping to recruit talented individuals in software development. From mid-level software engineers to Principal and Staff software engineers, DevOps engineers and architects, technical team leads, and embedded engineers, I enjoy finding the right fit for each role. I've worked with tech start-ups, government bodies, and some of the world's largest financial institutions.

Building and maintaining relationships is at the heart of what I do. I've developed long-lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates based on trust and understanding.
