I have over 13 years’ experience of recruitment and has specialised in Public Sector Recruitment for the last 11 years at management level.  I am now Head of Sigmar’s Public Sector division and have expertise managing large scale projects in accordance with CPSA standards. 

I am CIPD qualified in HR Management, Hold a PRINCE 2 certification in project management and I am a certified Psychometric Assessor (British Psychological Association, Level A&B)

My 11 years of experience working exclusively on Public Sector recruitment projects means that I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges, regulations, and dynamics associated with recruiting in the public sector. My experience involves collaborating with various public sector organisations, providing insights into the specific needs of different entities within the public sector. I have managed over 350 processes for over 35 high-profile public sector clients from CO- PO level and I provides competency-based interview training to panel members and hiring managers. 

I have experience managing public sector roles across all disciplines, Legal, Policy, HR, Financial , IT, General Administration and have experience creating large scale panels for organisations.
