As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant with the Dublin IT Recruitment Team, I bring seven years of recruitment expertise, primarily within the Northern Ireland markets. Before transitioning into recruitment, I spent five years as a Mortgage Advisor in a consultative sales environment and two years in tele-sales.

Specialist Areas:

I began my recruitment career by supporting clients and candidates in sales and marketing positions, gradually specialising in digital marketing. This area naturally intersected with technology recruitment, and the booming tech industry on both sides of the Irish border facilitated my transition into IT recruitment. Initially, I explored various roles, from IT support to project management, business analysis, and cybersecurity. In recent years, my focus has been predominantly on the software engineering sector.

In essence, I connect Software Engineers and Technology Leaders, enabling them to inspire each other and shape the future of work. I have facilitated key hires for start-ups during growth phases, established lasting relationships with SMEs to support their software hiring needs, built full software engineering teams for foreign direct investors (FDIs) entering the country, and supplied tech talent to established multinationals and household names.
