My passion is helping people flourish and enjoy what they do best - so Recruitment is the right area of work for me. I am an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the HR Team of the Sigmar Recruitment Dublin Office. I have worked in agency recruitment for 5 years and prior to that I managed the full recruitment function in Accounting Technicians Ireland. Last year I completed the ERF Certificate exam and this adds to my practical ability to work well with candidates and clients to match them up with the right jobs. 

I did my Bachelors primary degree in Languages followed by a Business Linguist Diploma and CIPD qualification. I worked in European HR for 6 years in London which has helped me fully understand and confidently manage the full recruitment process for candidates and clients in all sectors of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Specialist Areas:

I specialise in the area of Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Professionals, recruiting top candidates for all HR related roles ranging from HR Administrator level up to C level positions such as HR Managers and Senior Directors.

I also recruit for specialised positions including L&D, Training, Comps and Bens, Rewards and Employee Relations and these roles can be Permanent, Contract or Temporary.
