I have over 18 years of industry experience and currently serve as a Director at Sigmar Recruitment. Throughout my career, I have successfully built, led, developed, and restructured diverse recruitment teams, ensuring the highest quality recruitment solutions for clients across all industry sectors, both internationally and domestically. I am heavily involved at both operational and strategic levels within the organization.

Previously, I centralized the internal recruitment function for Sigmar, spearheading recruitment campaigns and attracting top talent. This effort helped grow Sigmar into a business with over 150 employees across offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and Athlone. Additionally, as an Occupational Psychologist, I introduced psychometric testing to Sigmar and act as a subject matter expert both internally and for our clients. I am also involved in the delivery of Talent Summit, the largest HR conference in Ireland, and frequently speak at events in Dublin, Cork, and Galway. I contribute regularly to discussions on employment, retention, diversity hiring, and women in business topics on radio and in the press.

I gained my initial recruitment and HR experience in Poland before relocating to Dublin in 2005 to further build my career in Ireland.

I lead teams of specialist recruiters within Financial Services, Asset Management, Investments, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Office & Administration, HR, Science, as well as Manufacturing & Engineering and Supply Chain. I am responsible for People Strategy, focusing on driving performance across the board and working closely with managers and individual consultants alike.
