Before transitioning into recruitment, I worked in the cruise industries, working aboard international cruise lines and traveling around the world. I recently completed my CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (2024). This provided me with a strong foundation in HR principles further strengthening my ability to support clients and candidates.
