Louise O'Meara

I am an IT Recruitment Consultant on the IT Perm Team. I have three years of recruitment experience, combined with over 5 years in the customer service and hospitality industry. In my time with Sigmar, I completed the National Recruitment Federation’s Recruitment Excellence Programme in 2022.

I graduated with a BA in International Business and Spanish from Technological University Dublin (TUD) in 2020.

I specialise in the area of IT Infrastructure, recruiting high-quality candidates for roles including IT/Application Support (entry level to highly experienced), Systems Administrator, Network Engineer/Administrator, IT Manager, DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, as well as Cybersecurity positions such as Security Analyst, IT Auditor, Security Manager, and IT Risk and Compliance. I recruit across all industries, with clients ranging from charitable organisations and SMEs to multinationals and major tech firms, with a strong focus on finding top talent for new and existing clients.
