I am a Public Sector Recruitment Consultant based in Sigmar's Dublin office. I have 3 years public sector recruitment experience, combined with 8 years administration experience. In my time with Sigmar I have completed an ERF certificate in Recruitment Practice with the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF). 

I graduated with a level 8 BA in Human resource Management and a level 9 MA in Human Resource Management recognized by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Specialist Areas:

I have specialised in Public Sector recruitment and since joining Sigmar and have worked on over 70 Public Sector recruitment processes. I have experience in efficiently managing and successfully delivering end-to-end recruitment processes in the public sector and will ensure all document administration is up to date and will advertise vacancies, screen applications, conduct phone screens, prepare shortlisting documents, conduct shortlisting meetings, schedule interviews, chair and note take in interviews, provide feedback to candidates and respond to candidate queries throughout the entire recruitment processes.

I have experience chairing and notetaking for public sector panel interviews and I am responsible for candidate coordination and technology management on the day of interviews. I have experience targeting graduate candidates and designing advertising campaigns to maximize the reach to these specialist graduates.
