Kim Duggan

I joined Sigmar in January 2022. I began my recruitment career on the sales and marketing and accountancy and finance desks sourcing and screening qualified candidates and supporting them throughout the recruitment process before moving into a talent acquisition coordinator role for one of our clients. I then joined the Sigmar Public Sector Team in January 2023. Since joining this team I have worked on a number of Public Sector Client accounts across Ireland. This would include providing recruitment coordination services from application stage to onboarding.

Specialist Areas:

I specialise in the area of Public Sector Recruitment. I currently work exclusively for one of our Public Sector Clients. My role is managing 30+ live vacancies. Duties include, liaising with hiring managers, advertising, issuing feedback, scheduling interviews, shortlisting, offer management, contract generation and issuing contracts, along with onboarding candidates.
