Jasper Wiley

I am a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Team Leader for Sigmar’s Technical Division in Dublin. I have been with Sigmar for over 5 years and have specialised in the engineering and manufacturing area during that time. My work has covered a wide range of vacancies, including entry-level positions up to Director level appointments across multiple industries.

In 2022 I completed the ERF’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice, and in November of 2023 Sigmar’s Technical Team were awarded Best in Practice – Science and Engineering by the ERF, an achievement I was very proud of our nationwide team to receive.

Prior to starting my career in recruitment, I completed an MSc in Environmental Policy and a BA in Sustainable Development.

Specialist Areas:

I have filled positions covering a range of specialties within the engineering area, such as semiconductor, energy, manufacturing, utilities, food, transport and facilities services, however I have a particularly strong track record working on hands-on engineering positions such as maintenance, commissioning and field service. This has included both high volume recruitment drives as well as more niche roles with hard-to-find skill sets. I have primarily specialised in permanent appointments but have also assisted clients with filling temporary positions.

I greatly enjoy getting to learn the intricacies of my clients’ businesses and get an in-depth understanding of the skills candidates need for their open vacancies so that I can do the best possible job in matching my candidates to a suitable role.
