Jennifer Ward

I have been with Sigmar since 2004 and currently work as an Associate Director, leading the HR and Office Support Teams. I have a degree in Business and Psychology along with qualifications in Organisational Leadership and Business Administration and Management.

Specialist Areas:

I am passionate about HR recruitment. I work across all levels and industries but specialise mainly in senior appointments. I really enjoying working in this space, supporting HR experts when moving roles where they go on to help employees in that organisation. 

I also am a people leader within Sigmar, leading the HR and Office Support Teams. I love working with my colleagues who are experts in their specialities in addition to having a sharp focus on excellent customer experiences. They are great craic too!

I actively contribute to the HR & Recruitment domain, having spoken at various HR events from both a commercial and a CSR perspective. I sit on the steering committee of the Employment and Recruitment Federation and I work on consultative basis advising both new and established organisations on strategic recruitment.
