I am the Lead Tech Recruiter within AI, Data Science & Machine Learning. I have 22 years’ experience in recruitment both in agency and in-house roles and was previously shortlisted for Recruiter of the year at the National Recruitment Federation awards. I hold a Masters in Adult Learning & Development and I am an ERF Fellow and CIPD certified.

Specialist Areas:

I specialise within the area of Data & Product. In terms of Data this includes AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Analytics. I also work within Product which included Product Management, Design & Ownership. With 22 years of experience, I have very deep networks within these areas both in Ireland and internationally and recruit at all levels up to board level. As advancements move rapidly within the industry,  I recruit for increasing technical roles particularly within the fields of AI, Machine Learning & Data Science. I enjoy the challenge of recruiting for such positions, typically within projects with very tight timeframes. 

A particular niche is in helping set up operations for IDA backed organisations establishing themselves in Ireland for which we can provide excellent references.
