Frank Farrelly

I am Frank Farrelly, CEO and co-founder of Sigmar Recruitment, where I oversee operations across five offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Athlone, and internationally in Poland. I have been with Sigmar since it opened in 2002, serving as COO since 2011. With 24 years of experience in the industry, I focus on driving transformation and growth and was part of the team that completed Sigmar’s partnership with French staffing giant Groupe Adéquat in February 2018. Through this partnership, our group is now one of the top 40 staffing firms in the world, with operations in France, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, and Ireland.

I served as President of the Employment and Recruitment Federation from 2016-2019, having previously held roles as vice president, treasurer, and committee member since 2011. In this role, I represented the Irish recruitment industry with government and state bodies, at international conferences, and think-tanks. In 2018, I hosted the World Employment Conference in Dublin and helped drive the first Apprenticeship in Recruitment, which was approved to join the National Framework of Qualifications in 2018.

I am a graduate of UCD and the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
