I'm the Recruitment Manager at Sigmar Recruitment’s Galway office, where I lead our Commercial and Technical teams. I’ve been working in recruitment for over 7 years now, and I joined Sigmar earlier this year to focus on hiring across a wide range of areas in the West of Ireland - including Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, HR, Accountancy, Office Support, Multilingual, Sales, and Marketing roles. 

I'm ERF and CIPD qualified, and I’m especially passionate about building great workplace cultures and creating strategies that support positive, inclusive, and high-performing environments.

Specialist Areas

Before joining Sigmar, I worked in various recruitment roles across sectors like Healthcare, Engineering, and Business Support, and I also spent some time in internal Talent Acquisition. That mix of agency and in-house experience has really shaped how I work - balancing both client and candidate needs, and understanding what makes a great hire from all angles.
