Aaron Thornton

I started my recruitment journey in 2021 after completing my BCL Law and Business Degree at Maynooth University. I’ve been specialising within the IT Contracting space for the entirety of my professional career, working on roles from Software Development to Optical Network Engineering and Hardware Technicians. I am experienced in managing the accounts of key clients and working on client relationships to ensure both candidates and clients are happy with the services offered. I completed the Employment and Recruitment Federation's Certificate in Recruitment Practice in 2023 so you'll be in good hands!  I also have a special interest in driving CSR initiatives and finding ways to innovate and grow as well! Outside recruitment, my interests vary widely from GAA, Rugby and Karate to Chess, Acting, and Gaming so plenty there’s no shortage of conversation topics.
