Aisling O'Neill

I am an Executive Recruitment Consultant within the HR Team in the Dublin Office. I have been with Sigmar for 5 years and have 6 years of recruitment experience in total. I hold a bachelor’s degree in HR Strategy & Practice and a professional CIPD Diploma. I have also completed my ERF Cert during my time with Sigmar and was awarded the Top Graduate Award in 2020. 

Specialist Areas:

I specialise in the area of Human Resources, recruiting high-quality candidates for all HR related roles ranging from HR Administrator level up to Executive level positions such as Head of HR/Director level. I also recruit for specialised positions including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Comp and Bens, HR Transformation and Employee Relations. I recruit for all types of employment contracts, including Temporary, Permanent & Fixed-Term.

I am an Account Manager for multiple of Sigmar’s tech RPO clients, supplying these clients with contingent staff when required. As an experienced Temp Recruiter, I manage a roster of temporary employee’s working onsite with these clients and am responsible for onboardings, compliance, contract extensions and act as POC for queries throughout assignments. Me and the HR Team have had proven success working on large temp recruitment campaigns for Recruitment and HR staff.
