_{About Your New Job}

• _{Preparation of financial reports and monthly management accounts, including consolidated balance sheet and cashflow, ensuring accuracy and appropriate supporting detail is in place.}
• _{Assisting the team in preparation of Monthly Board report providing reports and detailed commentary on business performance analysis}
• _{Assisting in preparation of consolidated budgets and forecasts for the group, following consistent assumptions and templates, including Board deliverables;}
• _{Full Balance Sheet Reconciliation}
• _{Developing and maintaining KPI reports for the group.}
• _{Regular overhead reviews always seeking continuous improvement}
• _{Participate in cross departmental process improvement initiatives}
• _{Assisting in Annual Audit process}
• _{Evaluation and improvement of finance and business processes}

_REQUIREMENTS

• _{Qualified Accountant with 3  years pqe}

• _{Highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint}
• _{Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills} 
• _{Strong Industry background - ideally Insurance or financial services}
