About your new job

• Develop good relationships with customers, on-site FM company, and colleagues.
• Communicate frequently with the client, recording meetings and providing feedback to account owners.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Receive orders for new workwear wearers, place garment orders, and ensure company meets site service agreements.
• Your role involves organizing and helping distribute stock across the site and preparing dirty garments for collection by company drivers.
• Follow health, safety, and quality policies, both from the client and company
• Conduct thorough service inspections and audits, promptly addressing any issues.
• Manage weekly hours for payroll and ensure timely approval of expense payments
• Handle site-specific and employee documentation.

What skill/experience you need

• Strong communication and organizational skills, customer-oriented.
• Enthusiastic and independent worker, capable of taking ownership.
• Proactive in identifying improvements and challenging the status quo.
• Proficient in IT, including Salesforce and MS Office.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
