About Your New Employer 

Our client, a leading textile and hygiene multi-service provider across Europe and Latin America are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their hospitality team.

As the new BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the products and services.

 

About Your New Role as Business Development Executive 

  • Determine and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Responsible for initial lead generation of new business through to closure of business.
  • Tailor products/ services according to customer needs.
  • Manage accounts and seek additional services and revenue streams from your new/existing accounts.
  • Develop new contacts and work with chosen customers to seek referral opportunities.
  • Build relationships within the existing sales team.
  • Achieve/Exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with Sales and Operations departments to safeguard long term positive development of the customer base.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

  • Experience in B2B sales in a dynamic organisation
  • Display a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong persuasive and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both in person and over the phone
  • Goal orientated with high drive and energy
  • Analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Full Clean B Class Driving Licence
